It gives me great pleasure to provide a testimonial for Rob Jenvey (Ronad Constructions) who builds specialised individual homes, not project homes.

We knew from the very beginning we were going to engage a great builder. When you hear around town the common saying, “That’s a Rob Jenvey built home,” this means, to the locals, quality construction and excellent resale value.

From 2006 until 2013, Rob constructed 4 homes for my family. The first three homes were built to form the abalina cottages luxury accommodation business. In 2013, Rob built a fourth house, an access house for my parents. This home at 8B Station St, Bright has many features which showcased the experience and craftsmanship of Ronad Constructions. The house, built on a sloping block, has considerable internal and external Glenrowan stonework, spotted gum flooring, spotted gum eaves over the garage and a large deck. It was extensively insulated and also had ducted air conditioning.

Throughout the construction process, Rob discussed any changes he felt would enhance the building or be an economical alternative. Changes which we wanted during the construction process were also not a problem for Rob.

We were pleasantly surprised with each build that his pricing was both competitive and extras were very reasonably priced. Rob’s tradesmen were all first class and, particularly with the last build, were very excited to work on the house with its special stone and timber features.

I have no hesitation in recommending Rob Jenvey (Ronad Constuctions) for the construction of your future home or renovation. If we build in Bright again, I would not look elsewhere.
